I am at first take half dram number 10 /20 pills & give their one drop thua cm,when pt comes I take 4oz files with distilled water & gave their 2/3,10 or 20 number pills.If pt is only sycotic I give three dose in a day for two or three days=six or nine doses.If pt + vaccinoid I give must be three dose at a day minimum four days =12 dose,=one homoeopathic dose.
My dear johir vai,one dose means one/two spoon,& it calls normal doses,but when improved/pt fill better after any normal doses(it's may be 2,3,4,6,8,10 or any doses)that's called homoeo doses,you know very well. Thuja-র প্রধান indications- ভঙ্গুর অনুভূতি, নিজের মধ্যে দুর্বলতার অনুভূতি। ডাঃ রাজন সংকরণের মতে-েএটি হচ্ছে সাইকোটিক অনুভূতি, মধ্যে ভুল কিছু ঘটছে, দুর্বলতাবোধ (এটা মেডো-র মধ্যেও পাওয়া যায়)। থুজার ব্যক্তিরা মনে করে- কোন একটি বিশেষ খাবার/পানীয় তার মধ্যে সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করবেই; তার শরীর অনেক কিছুই সইতে পারবে না, যেমন- drugs, allergens, মানুসিক চাপ, এমনকি বায়ু প্রবাহ পর্যন্ত। সে নিজেকে আড়াল করে রাখে, এসব থেকে এড়িয়ে চলতে চায়।
এড়িয়ে চলতে চলতে থুজার মধ্যে ভয় বাড়েতে থাকে, আর এভাবে থুজা neurosis -এর শক্তিশালী ওষুধে পরিণত হয়। এদের রোগীরা প্রায় ফিরে এসে বলে ডাক্তার সাহেব মাত্র এক ডোজেই রোগের মাত্রা বেড়ে গেছে, (যদিও তাকে প্লাসিবো দেওয়া হয়েছে), তাই আমি ওষুধ খাওয়া বন্ধ করে দিয়েছি। অন্য দিকে কিছু রোগী বলে- ওষুধ বন্ধ করে দিলে আমার রোগ আবার ফিরে আসে, তাই আমি ওষুধ খাওয়া চালিয়ে যেতে চাই।
থুজার emotion- ভঙ্গুর বোধ করে সমাজে তার সম্মান হারানোর ভয়ের মধ্য থেকে। এরা বিশ্বাস করে সমাজে এদের একটা বিশেষ ভাবমূর্তি আছে, পরিচ্ছন্ন, নৈতিকতাসম্পন্ন সৎ ব্যক্তি হিসাবে। মানুষের যে স্বাভাবিক স্থলন যেমন- অসততা, অবৈধ যৌন প্রলোভন এসব থেকে যে মুক্ত থাকতে চায়। যে সবসয় চিন্তায় থাকে কোন কারনে তার আসল চেহারা বা খারাপ দিকগুলো যেন বেড়িয়ে না আসে, যদি আসে তাহলে যে তার ঐ কাল্পনিক উঁচু অবস্থান থেকে পরে গিয়ে শেষ হয়ে যাবে।
থুজার বেঁচে থাকা নির্ভর করে পরিপূর্ণভাবে নিজেকে ঢেকে রাখার মধ্যে- এ জন্যই থুজা ব্যক্তি গোপনীয়তা প্রিয়। ডাক্তার সাথেবের সাথে এমনভাবে কথা বলে যেন সে গোপন কিছু বলে দিচ্ছে, অন্যের উপস্থিতি বিষয়ে যে খুবই সজাগ, বিশেষ করে অপরিচিত ব্যক্তিদের।
এখনে বাতাসে ভেসে বেড়ানোর অনুভূতি পাবে- Delusion, body lighter than air . উঁচু স্থান থেকে পড়ে যাবার স্বপ্ন dreams of falling from high places এটা মূলত: নিজের উঁচু অবস্থান থেকে পরে যাবার ভয়কেই বুঝায়।

আমার রোগীনি: বয়স ৪০ বছর, ৬ বাচ্ছার জননী। তিন মাস পুর্বে আমার কাছে আসে, তার লক্ষণ হলো:- পেটের ভিতরে কি যেন নড়া চড়া করে, তখন আমি জিজ্ঞেস করলাম " আপনি প্রেগন্যান্ট?" রোগী বললো না তার মাসিক নিয়মিত হয়,,,,,তখন আমি তার রোগীলিপি নিয়ে জানতে পারলাম সে তিন মাস পুর্বে একটা বাচ্ছা নস্ট করছে,এখন তার ধারনা বাচ্ছা এখনো রয়ে গেছে। সে নড়াচড়া অনুভব করে।তো তাকে আমি নিজে আলট্রাসনোগ্রাফি করতে নিয়ে গেলাম।আমার সামনে আলট্রা করলো ডাক্তার বললো বাচ্ছা নাই। কিন্ত রোগী তো কিছুতেই মানতে চায়না!! বার ডাক্তারের হাতে পায়ে ধরে বলছে ভালো করে দেখতে বাচ্ছার আছে কিনা।সেই ডাঃ আমার পরিচিত তাই তিনি আমাকে বললেন যে এটা মনসিক সমস্যা।তখন আমি তার পুর্ণাংগ রোগীরিপি তৈরি করলাম।আস্চর্যের ব্যাপার তার ভিতরে থুজার সমপুর্ণ লক্ষণ :- ১)পেটের ভিতরে জীবন্ত কিছু নড়াচড়া করছে। ২) খাবার গরম খায়। ৩) লবন বেশি খায়। ৪) স্বপ্নে মরা মানুষ দেখে। ৫) অত্যন্ত সন্দেহ প্রবন। ৬) কেউ ঔষধ খাওয়াতে গেলে সন্দেহ করে তার হাতে খায়না, ৭) অত্যন্ত খুতখুতে। ৮) বুকে, যৌনাংগে ও হাতের তালুতে আঁচিল। ৯) আবহাওয়া ঠান্ডা পছন্দ। ইত্যাদি আর ও অনেক লক্ষন এই মুহুর্তে মনে নাই, আমি তাকে থুজা ২০০ শক্তি খেতে দিলাম।এর এক মাস পর 1M দিলাম এখন রোগি আল্লাহর রহমতে ভালো আছে।পেটের বাচ্ছাও গায়েব!!!!
আর বর্তমানে? সোরার ক্ষেত্রে সালফার। সাইকোসিস এর ক্ষেত্রে মেডোরিনাম। সিফিলিসের ক্ষেত্রে সিফিলিনাম।
স্যার আপনার কি মনে আছে ৫/৬ মাস পুর্বে আমার মেয়েকে নিয়ে আপনার চেম্বারে গিয়েছিলাম।ওর হাতে অনেকগুলো আঁচিল ও গ্যাঁজ ছিলো,এবং মুখে ছোট ছোট ও ঠোঁটের কোনায় বিরাট একটা আঁচির ছিলো,আমি থুজা ২০০ ও 1M দিয়েছিলাম,কিন্ত কোন কাজ হয়নি,আপনাকে আমি বললাম ঠোটের কোনায় আঁচিল তাই এসিড নাইট্রিক দিলে কেমন হয়? তখন আপনি বলেছেন " যে সব বাচ্ছাকে টিকা দেওয়া হয় তাদের আঁচিলে এসিড নাইট্রিক কাজ করবেনা,এই ক্ষেত্রে থুজাই বেস্ট,তুমি থুজা 50M দিয়ে নাকে তেল দিয়ে ঘুমাও," আমিও দিলাম থুজা 50M. এবং আস্চ্যর্য হলাম থুজার কার্যকারিতা দেখে! ১৫ দিনের ভিতরেই সব আঁচিল গায়েব!!!!
তবে আমি মলদ্বারের চারপাশে অনেকগুলি আঁচিলে থুজা 1M দিয়ে উপকৃত হয়েছি।একটা দেড় বছরের বাচ্ছার ক্ষেত্রে।

ঔষধ সেবনের পূর্বে বতল কে সমান তালে ৫/১০ ঝাকি দিয়ে সেবন করলে ,প্রত্যেক বার পরিবর্তিত তথা ক্রমোচ্চ মাত্রা হিসেবে প্রয়োগ হয়।so this dose is not same power. Every dose is deferent .

In syphilis and psora Arsenic acts a long time and eradicates the complaints, when similar to them, but it is not similar to sycosis. Arsenic does not go to the bottom of the trouble, but Thuja and Natrum sulph. will take up the work and cure. I am at first take half dram number 10 /20 pills & give their one drop thua cm,when pt comes I take 4oz files with distilled water & gave their 2/3,10 or 20 number pills.If pt is only sycotic I give three dose in a day for two or three days=six or nine doses.If pt + vaccinoid I give must be three dose at a day minimum four days =12 dose,=one homoeopathic dose.
My dear johir vai,one dose means one/two spoon,& it calls normal doses,but when improved/pt fill better after any normal doses(it's may be 2,3,4,6,8,10 or any doses)that's called homoeo doses,you know very well. এড়িয়ে চলতে চলতে থুজার মধ্যে ভয় বাড়েতে থাকে, আর এভাবে থুজা neurosis -এর শক্তিশালী ওষুধে পরিণত হয়। এদের রোগীরা প্রায় ফিরে এসে বলে ডাক্তার সাহেব মাত্র এক ডোজেই রোগের মাত্রা বেড়ে গেছে, (যদিও তাকে প্লাসিবো দেওয়া হয়েছে), তাই আমি ওষুধ খাওয়া বন্ধ করে দিয়েছি। অন্য দিকে কিছু রোগী বলে- ওষুধ বন্ধ করে দিলে আমার রোগ আবার ফিরে আসে, তাই আমি ওষুধ খাওয়া চালিয়ে যেতে চাই।
থুজার emotion- ভঙ্গুর বোধ করে সমাজে তার সম্মান হারানোর ভয়ের মধ্য থেকে। এরা বিশ্বাস করে সমাজে এদের একটা বিশেষ ভাবমূর্তি আছে, পরিচ্ছন্ন, নৈতিকতাসম্পন্ন সৎ ব্যক্তি হিসাবে। মানুষের যে স্বাভাবিক স্থলন যেমন- অসততা, অবৈধ যৌন প্রলোভন এসব থেকে যে মুক্ত থাকতে চায়। যে সবসয় চিন্তায় থাকে কোন কারনে তার আসল চেহারা বা খারাপ দিকগুলো যেন বেড়িয়ে না আসে, যদি আসে তাহলে যে তার ঐ কাল্পনিক উঁচু অবস্থান থেকে পরে গিয়ে শেষ হয়ে যাবে।
থুজার বেঁচে থাকা নির্ভর করে পরিপূর্ণভাবে নিজেকে ঢেকে রাখার মধ্যে- এ জন্যই থুজা ব্যক্তি গোপনীয়তা প্রিয়। ডাক্তার সাথেবের সাথে এমনভাবে কথা বলে যেন সে গোপন কিছু বলে দিচ্ছে, অন্যের উপস্থিতি বিষয়ে যে খুবই সজাগ, বিশেষ করে অপরিচিত ব্যক্তিদের।
এখনে বাতাসে ভেসে বেড়ানোর অনুভূতি পাবে- Delusion, body lighter than air . উঁচু স্থান থেকে পড়ে যাবার স্বপ্ন dreams of falling from high places এটা মূলত: নিজের উঁচু অবস্থান থেকে পরে যাবার ভয়কেই বুঝায়।
এভাবে দেখলে বুঝা যাবে থুজা সমাজের ধার্মিক অংশ থেকে আসে বা এমন জায়গা যেখানে বদ্ধমূল ধারনা (fixed ideas) বেশি দেখা যায়। অনেক কঠোর ধর্মীয় নেতা যাদের পাপ সম্পর্কে বদ্ধমূল ধারনা তাদের থুজার প্রয়োজন পরে।Religious fanaticism.

বগল ঘামে, কাপড় হলুদাভ দাগ হয়/লবণ জমে/তৈলাক্ত হতে পারে।
গর্ভবতী মহিলার প্রচন্ড ভয় কাজ করে, সাথে সাথে পাপ বোধ অনুভূত হয়। এসব মহিলারা হিংসুক হয় এবং এদের fixed idea তাকে যে তাদের স্বামীরা অবিশ্বস্ত।

থুজার মানসিক লক্ষণ: জিবন ধারণে অনিচ্ছা, প্রায়ই মন খারাপ, মনে তেজশূন্য, জ্ঞান-বুদ্ধিহীন,কান্না করে। আবার রোগী ভাবে তার দেহ খুবই ভঙ্গুর, যে কোন সময় ভেঙ্গে যাবে; তাই কোন লোককে নিকটে আসতে দেয় না। পেটের ভিতর যেন কিছু নড়াচড়া করে,দেহ থেকে আত্মা বের হয়ে গেছে। মনে করে কিছু বিদেশী লোক পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে ইত্যাদি।

চোখ বন্ধ করলে মাথা ঘোরে, চোখ খুললে উপশম। স্নায়বিক শিরঃপীড়া-মাথার চাঁদিতে বেদনা, রোগী বালিশ মাথায় দিয়ে শুতে পারে না, বেদনা রাতে বৃদ্ধি হয়, প্রায়ই মাথা ব্যথা থাকে। কপালে ও মাথায়র উপর পেরেক ঠোকার মত বেদনা।

আজ থেকে ৫ বছর আগের ঘটনা। আমি আমেরিকায় আসার জন্য কাগজ পত্র রেডি করতে ঢাকায় গেলাম। কাজ থেকে নোয়াখালীর বাসে করে যখন মাইজদী নামলাম তখন রাতের ১:৩০. যথারিতি সব পেসেন্জার মাইজদী কোর্ট এর সামনে নামলো। আমার আগে ফ্যাট এর একটা ছেলে নামলো, রাস্তার লাইটের আলোয় দাডিয়েছে। আমি দেখলাম তার সমস্ত মুখ ভেজা। অবাক হলাম শীতকালে ও ঘামাচ্ছে কেন? নাকি পানি দিয়ে মুখ ধুল ? যেহেতু মুখ চেনাচিনি, দুজন একি রাস্তায় যাবো, তাই রিকশা বাদ দিয়ে হাঁটা শুরু করলাম, কথা প্রসঙ্গে মুখ ধোয়ার ব্যাপার জিজ্ঞেস করলাম। সে হাসি দিয়ে বললো আসলে মুখ ধুইনাই, আমার মুখ তেলতেলে, লাইটের নিচে দাঁড়ানোর কারনে আরো বেশি চকচক করতেছে, কি বলবো আমার মুখ খুব বেশী তেলতেলে, অনেক চর্মরোগ বিশেষজ্ঞ দেখিয়েছি লাভ হয় নি। আমি বুজলাম ওর দরকার থুজা, হোমিও তে ভাল চিকিত্সা আছে, আমি ভাল করতে পারবো বলায় চেম্বারে গেল। রোগী লিপী তৈরী করে দেখি সাইলেসিয়ার অনেক লক্ষন আছে। ঐ রোগী কে সাইলেসিয়া ও থুজা দিয়ে চিকিংস্যা করে আরোগ্য করি। এরপর ওর পরিবারের সবাই, ওর বন্ধু বান্ধব অনেকেই তার কারনে এ্যলোপ্যাথিক বাদ দিয়ে আমাদের চেম্বারের রোগী হন।
ঔষধ সেবনের পূর্বে বতল কে সমান তালে ৫/১০ ঝাকি দিয়ে সেবন করলে ,প্রত্যেক বার পরিবর্তিত তথা ক্রমোচ্চ মাত্রা হিসেবে প্রয়োগ হয়।so this dose is not same power. Every dose is deferent .
থুজার রোগী মোটাসোটা ও নাদুসনুদুস। থুজা ছাড়া অন্য যে সব ঔষধের রোগী মোটা তা হলো- cc,grap, plus,lid.
থুজার মুখমন্ডল চকচকে , তার মুখমন্ডল ও সারা শরীর তৈলাক্ত। এরুপ তৈলাক্ত চেহারার রোগী দেখলে এপিস, নেট্টাম মিউর, প্লাম্বাম, সোরিনাম, থুজা কে স্মরন করবেন।
পুরাতন রোগে থুজার রক্তশোন্যতা দেখা যায়। থুজার রোগী হাইড্রোজেনোয়ড ধাতু বিশিষ্ট। হাইড্রোজেনোয়ড ধাতুর রোগীতে যে সকল ঔষধ বেশি ব্যবহ্নত হয় তা হলো- এন্টিম ক্রড, A tart, arnica, Ars,CC,Cus, Dul,Medo, NM, A nit, RT, Thuj, Arin.
NS আমাবশ্যা পুর্নিমায় থুজার সব রোগ বাডে, সাইলেসিয়া ও এলুমিনার রোগ ও অমাবশ্যার পুর্নিমায় বৃদ্ধি দেখা যায়।
এই ঔষধের রোগী সহজেই ক্রোধান্বিত হয় সহজে। হিপার, নাক্স, ক্যামো, কেলি কার্ব, ষ্ট্যাপি, কেলি আইওড কেলি সালফ, সিনার রোগী ও সহজে মেজাজ চটে যায়।
থুজার রোগী স্বামী সহবাস সহ্য করতে পারেনা, ভিষন বেদনাযুক্ত হয় , থুজা ছাড়া লাইকো,লাইসিন, নেট্টাম মিউর, কেলিবাই, প্লাটিনা,সিপিয়া তে ও এ লক্ষন আছে।
অতিরিক্ত চা পান করার কারনে কোন সমস্যা হলে থুজা ও পালস তার কুফল নষ্ট করে।
কেবল অনাবৃত্ত স্থানে ঘাম হয়, তার গোপনাঙ্গের ঘামে মধুর মত গন্ধ থাকে।

Asthma: A peculiar asthmatic condition is found in sycosis and Arsenic appears to be indicated for the symptoms, but it only relieves, it does not control the predisposition, it acts like Aconite in acute diseases and only ameliorates for a moment. Asthmatic and many other sycotic conditions seem to call for Arsenic, but it will do nothing but palliate, the constitutionality is not reached by Arsenic, its fundamental symptoms are not similar. In syphilis and psora Arsenic acts a long time and eradicates the complaints, when similar to them, but it is not similar to sycosis. Arsenic does not go to the bottom of the trouble, but Thuja and Natrum sulph. will take up the work and cure. Natrum sulph. and Thuja bring back the primitive manifestation that has been suppressed for years.
Women: This is so true, that if you meet a violent pain in the left ovary, coming on at the time of menstruation and continuing during the flow and extending down the thighs, but may be in every direction, it increases as the flow comes on, stinging, tearing, burning, bursting pains, as if the parts were being torn out, make her cry aloud, she goes into a hysterical state. Sphingurus (falling out of hair from beard; pain in jaw-joint and zygoma); Sil; Maland (vaccination); Medorrh (suppressed gonorrhœa); Merc; Cinnab; Terebinth; Juniperus; Sabin; Sil; Canth; Cannab; Nit ac; Puls; Ant tart;
Arborin is a non-alcoholic preparation of Thuja. Antidotes: Merc; Camph; Sabin (warts).
Complementary: Sabina; Ars; Nat sulph; Silica. Dose.--Locally, for warts and excrescences, tincture, or cerate. Internally, tincture to thirtieth potency.
Nose.--Chronic catarrh; thick, green mucus; blood and pus. On blowing nose, pain in teeth. Ulceration within the nostrils. Dryness of nasal cavities. Painful pressure at root.
Urinary.--Urethra swollen inflamed. Urinary stream split and small. Sensation of trickling after urinating. Severe cutting after (Sars). Frequent micturition accompanying pains. Desire sudden and urgent, but cannot be controlled. Paralysis sphincter vesicæ.
